Return and Refund Policy

Not satisfied with your products?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Only items purchased directly from CASER LONDON’s online shop will be accepted. For products purchased from authorised retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items purchased through retailers
  • Damaged products resulting from customer mishandling
  • Privacy screen protectors that have been peeled off from the original board — due to the nature of the adhesive, once removed, it may not retain its original level of stickiness and cannot be resold

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. CASER LONDON reserves the right to deny any return.

In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Please note: The edges and button area of our transparent cases are designed with durability in mind, ensuring it's easy for customers to change cases. Therefore, the edges may develop a slight yellow tint over time due to natural environmental factors. This is a common characteristic and does not affect the functionality or quality of the case. As such, any yellowing is not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as CASER LONDON cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

How to return your item to us?

To start a return or an exchange, please visit our Return Portal under support section and follow the instructions. Please kindly note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return or an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once having received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@caserlondon.com

1-Year Warranty

The 1-year warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. However, This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or misuse.  
  • Damage due to misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We do not offer a cash refund. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost, depending on the situation. 

The 1-year warranty is valid only within the countries where CASER LONDON products are sold.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@caserlondon.com with your proof of purchase including purchase date. We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement.
