Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all CASER LONDON cases come with a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

How do I clean and maintain my phone case?
Clean your CASER LONDON case with a soft cloth and mild soap solution.
Avoid harsh chemicals and ensure the case is completely dry before putting it back on your phone.
Will my case protect my phone from drops and scratches?
Our cases are designed for everyday protection, offering excellent resistance to scratches and drops.
However, no case can guarantee 100% protection from all impacts.
Returns & Refunds
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.

How do I return or exchange a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Please contact us at contact@caserlondon.com, and we will assist you with your request.
If you wish to make an exchange, we kindly ask you to return the purchased product first.
Once having received and inspected your return, we will send the replacement.
What are the conditions for returning or exchanging a product?
The product must be in its original packaging and in the same new condition as when received.
If your purchase included a promotional item, it must also be returned; otherwise, its value will be deducted from your refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund after returning a product?
Once we’ve inspected your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If it's been over 15 business days, please contact us at contact@caserlondon.com.
What do I do if my package is lost or damaged during delivery?
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at contact@caserlondon.com immediately.
We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund.
Can I return a product purchased from an external retailer or partner website?
Items purchased from external retailers or partner websites cannot be returned through our website.
Please contact the original retailer for assistance.
What is 1-Year Warranty?
The 1-year warranty only covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use. However, This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper handling, accidents, or misuse.
- Damage due to misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We do not offer a cash refund. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost, depending on the situation.
The 1-year warranty is valid only within the countries where CASER LONDON products are sold.
How do I initiate 1-Year Warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at contact@caserlondon.com with your proof of purchase including purchase date.
We will review your case and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement.
